Bad experience with 4 packs

We typically get the bottles of 10 which are great. However, they have been out of stock. The blister packs with 4 seen to have something wrong with them. They are different colors on each side. They are hard to break in half and don't dissolve in your mouth. They are supposed to be the same but they are not.

Reverse affect

I was under the impression that this product was suppose to provide clarity with some sort of a pick me up. The first time I took 1/2 of a tablet thankfully it was on the weekend and I was at home. I was watching tv with family and about 15 minutes later, I was knocked out. So asleep that I could barely wake myself up until it wore of a few hours later. I'm still giving this product 5 stars simply because now if I need something to help me sleep when I'm unable,1/2 of a tablet does the trick. I suppose it is the same with different strains of Kratom. They affect everyone differently.
