So I switched over from 7Tabs to these. They are Way better! I was buying them at gas stations or smoke shops at first(still due) and I got stuck vacationing longer than I packed. I came across this website and thatβs how I started ordering them. I usually just break them in half a take one when trying to just relax. Iβll take a full one if I just want to go straight to sleep. Sometimes taking a half will help me drift off but a full one keeps me asleep longer than melatonin. lol I donβt know if itβs supposed to be but thatβs why I like them because I had the worst experience going to sleep and staying until I started taking these! Life Saver!

Good stuff hope they get stronger tablets or even powder soon. Has a slight skunk type of flavor under the sweetness a bit but doesn't effect how good it is
