I ordered these because of the solid BOGO deal to stock up and they were nice and gave me a sample of the product with a prior purchase. The taste is good and it does work relatively quickly. Only thing is it's difficult to cut apart with this being a higher end dose and needing to break it up causes issues with it breaking apart sometimes, otherwise good product.

The 7oh team kindly offered me a sample to test because they’re considering adding this to their vast line of 7 hydroxy lineup and would like my thoughts on it. So this is my review of that product. My honest review of these are that they stand in my average range 7.1 out 10. The taste isn’t too bad they definitely took care of the harshness that 7oh came have sometimes. When it comes to the dosing anything over 100mg’s I tend to be skeptical of but these surprisingly seemed adequately dosed at a minimum they were at least in the mid 90’s and that isn’t too far off from their claim.now comes the kicker, these puppies got the legs of a 72 year old paraplegic. The effect lasted about 20-45 minutes. After taking around 30 to kick In I was a little bummed out. However 7oh tends to be a sprint instead of a marathon so I don’t expect it to last all day or even 4-5 hours. Alll-in-all. I would give haven a solid 7.1. Big thanks to the 7oh team for offering a sample and asking my thoughts they are a sincere and reliable company that goes above and beyond for their consumers. I haven’t met any other company that does what they do as well they do it. Cheers!
