I placed this order hoping it was actually what I understood it to be and even thought to buy more but thought that would surely be too good to be true. Then after my gf read me some reviews I just looked at her and said well, I guess we'll see when they get here. They arrived on time, with discreet packaging which I also worried about, and I'll be damned if I didn't open it and there were 10 damn blister packs for the price of one basically. When I went back to the website, of course they were sold out at that point so I'm waiting on more to come in! Thanks y'all!!

I ordered four Press’d Extra Strength 10-count boxes during the Buy 1, Get 3 Free promotion (paid $130 for this alone). Instead of receiving four boxes (40 blister packs), I received only four individual blister packs. I didn’t receive a single 10-count box, only about $30 worth of product instead of what I paid for.
Before opening the package, I noticed it arrived in a very small poly mailer that didn’t appear large enough to contain my full order. I recorded myself opening the package and have video showing exactly what was inside when it arrived.
I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times by both email and phone. I’ve provided photos of my order, photos of what I received, and the video of me opening the package, but I have not received a response, and my calls have gone to voicemail.
I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I trusted this company and expected them to make things right, but so far I’ve been left with a fraction of my order and no communication. If this isn’t resolved promptly by sending the missing items or issuing an appropriate refund, I’ll be filing a dispute with my bank for the missing products.
I’m sharing my experience so other customers know what happened to me and can make an informed decision before ordering.
