Unfortunately according to the COA the 25% pseudoindoxl to 7 hydroxy seems to be the sweet spot regardless of brand. I was leary about shipping, because it got shipped back and was expecting it a week earlier than it arrived. They did come in though and only downside was their chalky taste. Otherwise, even with a low tolerance I found these to be for beginners and no tolerance for these to do their job. Especially at their recommended servings.

I take these for pain and they are awesome. They work well but taste aweful. Pain relief in 15 minutes.
