Some feel like 10mg , some feel like nothing, some will actually feel like 20mg+ like all of the 7 was pressed into one. definitely disappointed in this order but will just switch to another brand. 7ohplus has been awesome so will keep using them just stepping away from the in-house

I've had them.before and they were great, but this time with others having a similar experience, they are definitely way less than 10mgs. I've reached out numerous times through numerous avenues and am being ghosted. Was gonna order something different but if they're ghosting me who knows what ll happen if I do :(
