I read the reviews before I bought. I would agree 4 stars and only if you take the whole bar, I usually take a small dose before going up. However this is really low strength. I disagree with the taste, it is. Terrible.

I originally stumbled across these out of desperation on a busy shift, and I was genuinely impressed. When I saw the current deal—buy 2 packs, get 3 free, giving you 500mg total for under $20—I couldn't pass it up and grabbed 1,000mg.
