Ok so whoever wrote this description made it the most confusing description ever. So if you look at the back of the package each QUARTER of a tablet has 70 mgs of 7-OH and 5mgs of MGM-15. So 70x4=280 mgs of 7-OH per tablet and 5x4=20 mgs of MGM-15 per tablet. So to sum up, 280mgs of 7-OH and 20mgs of MGM-15 equals 300 mgs total per tablet. For me they went a little to light on the MGM-15 per tablet.

Could someone break down the math on this tablet for me please before I purchase. I'm usually pretty good at being down the mg's per serving but this one has me a bit confused in the description?
