This is very good especially for those who have restless legs syndrome. RLS. It’s been a miracle. 1/2 to one tab at the onset of RLS in the evenings lets me sleep the night. Great relief. It amazes me to see other 7-oh users who use 10-30 mg of that. The 7mg size is good.

I have restless leg syndrome. This has been a miracle for me. I take a half tab. Sometimes twice in a night. I’ll rotate this every other night with ropineral and it does the trick. Very fast acting. Don’t let the low mg fool you. I strongly suggest you start with no more than 1/2 tab to see how it affects you. You will know within a half hour. You will feel the rls slowly fade away.
