Just correcting an incorrect negative post by James—The ingredients listed is for 1/4 of a tablet. Each tablet has exactly what is says in it. He read the ingredients and thought that was the entire tablet. Each full tablet has 100 mg 7-OH.

These have 25mg 7OH but 5mg Mit and 7.5mg Caffeine. Not worth the money. Stick with 100% 7OH

These are freaking great! Perhaps too good...The feeling comes in a couple waves. I've tried so many brands and most 100s don't feel like 100mg, ESPECIALLY once broken into quarters or half's. These do.
I took a half and it actually felt like a 50mg rather than a 25mg or less like most.
Smooth experience and in the right setting it could definitely be prolonged.
Another thing I liked was that it doesn't stain the heck outta your tongue!
