These are 80-100mg max in my opinion. I know everybody it hits differently. Can definitely taste the chemical 7OH taste that makes your mouth numb. So the 7oh is there. Would buy again on BOGO. 4/5

The label suggests that these pills should be broken up in 10 tiny equal pieces which is laughable and not going to happen without a razor blade and milligram scale. I have some tolerance with 7-oh so just decided to take the entire pill. It claims to have 125mg in it so I should have been smacked out of this world. But I wasn't. It was nice, but there is no way it had 125mg. I'd guess 75-80mg. That being said, I'd buy these again on a BOGO promo, but would never pay full price. Hope this helps!
