The cotton candy tastes great, much better than the fruit punch ones. Not as strong as I would like though, feels more like 25mg instead of 50mg- noticeably weaker than other 7oh I've had, but I can still feel the effects. The packaging is also infuriating to open, I had to cut it open and put them in a plastic bag instead of being able to use the pouch they came in.
