I keep a note book of everytime I will take a tab, therefore I positively know how much I have consumed of a product. With that said - These "Straight Heat" have an after taste like you've been eating an old rotting horse with a nice side of numb tongue. But no worries, this only lasts for about 14 hrs. No amount of toothpaste or mouthwash can eliminate this pleasure. As for the "feel" = I really hadn't eaten well that day, probably only a normal breafast, lunch and dinner. Also, I absolutely did not drink alcohol.
I endured some of the worst stomach cramps I've ever had outside of calling an ambulance for Pancreatis. I dared not consume anything for 'roughly' 24 hr's as I was afraid to ingest anything at all, albeit sips of room temperature water. Add a stifling case of 'cold sweats' and you'll have an awesome weekend if you want to try this stuff.
So what I'm guessing is you shouldn't mix a regular intake of straight 7OH with ANYTHING else, even if its in the same Mit family.
