Accidental mistake

I too made the mistake of ordering this instead of the other Smurf. After noticing my Bogo was one short I did make contact however they didn’t follow thru after promised I could return. Several emails and no reply to some one with my same name. How can I forget. I’m stuck with a product I don’t want to try it was me being in a hurry. Oh and Bogo is apparently not obligated to the free one as there was nothing I could do about that. Only co I trust and am very disappointed.

Be VERY carefull

This product is a “BOTANICAL” and not 7 or even a Kratom product. I was in a rush when ordering from the “deals” selections and accidentally ordered the wrong product. This is cats claw. Packaging and everything looks the same even the pill is in the same pressed shape along with the same flavors. I discovered my mistake the moment unopened the UPS pouch. By then it’s too late as it states clearly in the return policy at 7oh+ no returns of opened packages. I am now out nearly $300 and have product I can’t even take. Be very careful when ordering or find a store with a more liberal return policy. Botanicals and other non 7 products are mixed in with 7oh supplements. I’ve tried to reach this company in the past with a question and after multiple emails, gave up…. This company is very busy ( good for them, respect) but they won’t have time to answer questions or help. Ive spoken to others in forums that have had the same issue. I am a big fan of this company and hope they improve!

Not 7oh product doesn’t contain any 7-hydroxymitragynine at all do not buy!!!

Not what I thought it was going to be I thought that this website only sold 7-hydroxymitragynine products?! This product doesn’t actually contain any 7-hydroxymitragynine at all?! And now I’m out $1,200.00 because there is a no return policy
