My fiance and I both have been taking kratom derivatives including 7-hydroxymitragynine for well over a yesr & a half if not 2 years for two separate ailments.

Shes a mother of 5 and a CPP. She has several physical issues that cause her to be bedbound without any type of pain management. Seeing her in pain breaks my heart beyond words as she is thr most incredible partner and mother. Her disabilities do not define her though and thanks to kratom shes able to function, work fulltime, and raise our children pain free.
I take them for CPTSD and severely debilitating social and general anxiety so when I say we take every purchase, every product, md every dose seriously I mean that.
These tropical 10mg tabs are really great! They taste like a tropical punch drink and they work exactly as advertised.
The blue razz tabs ended up being the ultra 7 7mg bbs. While I like those we were expecting 10mg house tabs not a smoke shop brand tabs . They also stain the **** out of our mouths and tasted like residual solvents.
That is our only issue. We would 100% buy more tropicals if there was a restock.

I got the 10 mg because that is usually my dose, but I had to take three of these to feel anything

I would like to start by expressing how disappointed I am with 7oh+, they have always been a seller that gives you exactly what you order (not always, but usually)

I was very excited to get some more of their house tablets, only to discover that myself and hundreds of others were sent an unknown and likely old Hydroxie tab, per the large H-stamp on the tablet.

It looks to me that they are substituting all 7OH+ house-tab orders with their mass bulk supply of old Hydroxie tablets. This is a huge problem, I also ordered their 1000x bulk of 80mg tablets and this is the same tab they sent me.

They are sending the SAME tab for literally every single 7oh+ house tab order. Hydroxie tabs are mediocre at best and there’s a reason why they are trying to offload their supply of them.

After they shorted me half of my Cookies & Cream 7stax order and sent me these ancient Hydroxie tabs (which I don’t know what’s even in them), I am very upset and am considering contacting my bank to charge back due to fraud.

I need this resolved ASAP and either a refund or some replacement tabs to make up for my bad order. I did not purchase Hydroxie tabs and if I had known, I wouldn’t have sent you guys $600 for my two house tab orders.

This is the first time I have been able to function, stand up, and do few house chores, in months. I broke my back in October and I am not sure if healed right, I'm waiting to get into a doctor, but I've had problems with my back for many many years.. I’m 53 and took the fentanyl patch, norco, and methadone… these were major amounts of opiates just to stand and be normal somewhat, because of its harmfulness and addictive properties I had to wean off it which took many years to do. I had taken them for 20 years in high doses so I took one at a time and wean myself off took me almost 10 more years. But Just taking two pills in the morning help me all the way through till the evening and at that point I go to sleep so I don't need to take more…. It was like a miracle I can't normally walk without my cane or get to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I crawl. this all changed after I started chewing two tablets in the morning. I've tried every sort of pain management that there could possibly be including back surgery ,and spinal shots and implantation of a TENS unit.. It was basically too painful to move this has changed everything for me I really hope that people take this very seriously, as I can say from even taking huge amounts of opiates this works better for pain than CBD hemp products THC because they're all just masking the pain by putting you in a non-functioning state.. At least for me it does, because my pain is that severe.. I really hope that the states and federal government, really look at its benefits, even if they make it a prescription. Learn as much as you can about it, but please don't take it away from us . There are people who cannot afford to go to a doctor like myself at this point because I'm disabled, and taking the lowest doses still helps it doesn't put you in any strange state of mind where you can't do the things you need to do it actually improves what you can do better.
