Let me start by saying I’ve dealt with many companies in the past and have had many, MANY issues with customer service.
I specifically come here for the Customer Service. They always answer the phone, answer emails, and even answer text messages promptly. I have never had an issue with any of my orders through this site and if I did, it was taken care of immediately. I just want to say that 7OH plus customer service is the best I’ve ever seen! I recently got an order from them that had been damaged severely and the packaging was empty! I immediately emailed them to let them know and within 15minutes they responded! They immediately sent out the replacement of the contents! Thank God I had it insured. Even the people that insured packages for 7Oh plus contacted me and told me they were having the package sent to me at their cost! I strongly recommend 7OH plus for all your 7OH products! Not a better comps out there! They’re GREAT ! Thank you guys, your the best!
