These were great. Take half and the other half a few hours later. Give you great energy and don't make you sleepy when it's wearing down. I read a review and the guy said they were garbage and that he had to take three of them... What the problem is he was rushing it he didn't have no patience to let it kick in. I'm mad that I switched up and got the 20 mg strawberry mango15 ct. They not hitting like the 50mg. Sunny Pineapple have you focused and on go go. I shldnt have switched up.
