These are definitely extended release. They do not pack the punch as others can. Theyโre not made to chew. they do work very well, but they are slow and smooth. I purchased 10 packs and for taking them every day the 10 packs have lasted 4 days longer than the normal 30 mg I was taking five times per day. With that being said, it takes some time getting used to, but in the long-term in my opinion, youโre not buying as much. It takes some getting used to not chewing them or having the taste of others. I would purchase again
