Hard to dissolve,I would rather have the softer chewable ones.

These are definitely extended release. They do not pack the punch as others can. They’re not made to chew. they do work very well, but they are slow and smooth. I purchased 10 packs and for taking them every day the 10 packs have lasted 4 days longer than the normal 30 mg I was taking five times per day. With that being said, it takes some time getting used to, but in the long-term in my opinion, you’re not buying as much. It takes some getting used to not chewing them or having the taste of others. I would purchase again
