Honestly, I hated the first day of it. I thought it was such a waste of money. I pushed through it, though, and then realized it was one of the best I’ve had. I was even able to use it in conjunction with one of my other types that wasn’t my favorite. It made the not favorite one even better.

These worked for relaxation to help sleep and minor pain. 1/4 of a tablet !! 50mg . Do not take to much per dose or it will wreck your tolerance and nothing will work !!!
Okay these are the better tablets out there. I got to 100 blue first. They were chalky and soft. The cherry are completely different very dense and hard. Hard hitting too. The 20 count bottles had the better tabs in them. I take a high dose and half a tablet actually stands up to a full 100 of many other tablets out there. I do t know why the tablets were different in texture from flavor to flavor but the harmed ones are legitimately better than most. Great company too do t shop anywhere else.
