Only take 1/4 of the tablet!!

These tablets are very good quality and are for experienced kratom users only. If you have no tolerance you can even take one eighth of a tablet and this is what I would recommend. For anyone else, try taking only a quarter of one because these pills are very potent. You shouldn’t take them every day either because they will cause addiction. They are wonderful for occasional use if you need to treat pain or need an energy boost. I highly recommend them but be cautious. A whole tablet is way too strong and this is coming from a daily kratom user who has a tolerance. This is a great product though! A+
