I really enjoy the Poppi brand. I started with the lower dose and now use the 75mg, usually breaking them into halves or even quarters depending on what I need. I took a big chance on this product and it solve 3 problems I've had since I've turned 40.
Ill take 1/4 to 1/2 of a pill right b4 bed. Combined with my fiber powder and one 8 once glass of water.
1. I've only had to wipe 1 or twice since solve my ibs problem.
2. I've had vivid dreams since I was little so I end up moving like crazy in the bed. Just a 1/4 pill blocks my dreams so I get a great rest.
3. Since I've turned 40 if I drink water less then 2 hrs b4 bed time ill be getting up multiple times to pee but a 1/4 pill will help sleep so I don't have to pee till morning.
