Firstly in regards to the other review stating the "dosage description" is "WRONG" it is NOT and all of the info is printed right on the product pics and listed in the "key features" part of the description. Someone didn't take their time looking things over before buying, they saw the big mg number, the gummy count, and price and went whoa that's a great deal!! Stop being so eager/greedy and slow down. Anyhow...

I liked these :) The taste is a bit bitter but it is what it is. Happy Hippo has been around for awhile now and they are a great company, seriously if you even need help picking something out you can give them an email and they will write back shortly with suggestions; I even had them suggest something they don't make or sell which is how I ended up on here. This gummy itself is fine for me, I don't need 7 and some days I don't use anything at all so my tolerance stays at a nice level(been taking this for years and yes you can keep yourself in check if you exercise restraint). If you are new or like myself, start with a half :) If I feel the need for more I'll have the other half after an hour or so, if it's later in the day and I'm done I just have the entire gummy :)

These gummies have great flavor and they're easy to eat. They almost taste like candy. They work fine but the dosage information is incorrect.
The site description states that these are 400mg per gummy.
They're actually 20mg or the equivalent of ~1.5g leaf. The total mgs MIT for the whole bottle is 400mg. I thought the price was too good and that the dosage per gummy was ridiculously high. The plan was to cut them into fourths. Very disappointed because I wouldn't have purchased otherwise.
Having said that, they do what they're supposed to do, no more, no less. The price per gummy is 1.45, 0.7 per. mg of MIT, which is pretty good if you're just wanting a booster for your sevens. I can find better elsewhere, though.
