1. This product mix with metamucil helps me with my its **** issues.
2. Instead of peeing 2 or 3 times a night it helps hold it in and don't need to go till im awake in the morning to start my day.
3. The biggest help is that is blocks my dreams. I've had vivid dreams since I was young. I hear weed can do that but I get random drug test frequently in the job so thats a no.
