Hey, I had an issue w a package getting lost in the mail. I got a call saying that I was going to get the insurance money. Well I struggled with it for a while. I called up CS and talked with Danny. He was very polite. W in just a min or two I was still on the phone w him. He asked me to check my Gmail. There was a credit for the full amount. I was gassed.
