If you imbibe casually and don't need 7 tabs to get effect, this is a very solid choice. There is no 7 in it, just good ole K so please keep that in mind. It's the tastiest gummy I've had(in the land of K & 7) and I've tried most of them. The "mello" works exactly as described and helps me relax - when I mix it with my sleep stuff I think it gives a boost into the land of nod. The texture is less gummy bear and more fruit snack, personally I prefer this as it makes it easier to chew and they are about the size of a quarter. I take a half if it's earlier in the night and I want to relax or a quarter if I'm using it for cramps and need to be fully functional(K & 7 can make me a lil loopy) sometimes I'll have the other half 90 minutes later or if my night is done I'll take the entire gummy. This brand has yet to disappoint me; I've also tried their leafy/D 9 stuff and everything has been as described and consistent...every shot, tablet, gummy, etc. :)

I only needed 1/4 to 1/2, a gummy at a time. Personally my sweetspot was a half gummy. then another half 1.5 hours later. Wonderful for relaxing and discomfort. The aftertase of the extract isnt awful at all for the mg content. Knowing its MIT extract you can excpect a bit of bitter, but I was used to it after my first gummy. As effective as they are all in all I have zero complaints and would get them again. Texture was enjoyable and size of the gummy as well. Well done Modus.
