I frequently purchase the 7OH Plus brand Advance Kratom 80% Mitragynine Extract Chewable 150mg tablets because they have the best quality and prices I can find anywhere for mit. I actually enjoy the powders and regular 7 oh prodructs as well, but I live in the crappy state of Florida, so I'm stocking up and waiting out the politics. However, on my most recent order for a 100 pack bogo special, I was disappointed for the first time with my order. I always sort out my orders upon receipt, since I keep a smaller asprin style bottle for the medicine cabinet and the rest in another container; I've never been great at opening those childproof bags they come in lol.

This recent time, after sorting out the couple broken ones, I realized the remaining amount looked much lighter than anticipated, and after counting, confirmed as well. I took pictures and reached out to Crystal, a sales manager from the customer support email listed on their site. She emailed me back quickly, she was friendly and greatly helped me start for a claim and persistently kept great contact with empathy and actual help. She was able to help with replacement and as a bonus surprise, was able to grant the bogo special with it.

The customer service to resolve what hasn't been an issue for me as a long frequent customer, was above and beyond my expectations. So now overall, I can full heartly say I will always be a loyal customer for the 7 OH Plus brand regardless of what happens with the 7 oh industry.

I placed this order hoping it was actually what I understood it to be and even thought to buy more but thought that would surely be too good to be true. Then after my gf read me some reviews I just looked at her and said well, I guess we'll see when they get here. They arrived on time, with discreet packaging which I also worried about, and I'll be damned if I didn't open it and there were 10 damn blister packs for the price of one basically.
