OK so I was getting real upset with them over the past few months of being a member because some products I would order would absolutely suck and be a complete waste of money but always tried to put that's aside because they can control the products they sell that aren't the 70h brand so we have to leave it to customer reviews and if they have none or we forget to read the reviews before buying its on us the buyers plus most products like this are a gamble when buying because they aren't regulated. But recently I was really upset abd considering going elsewhere because of a shipment I never recieved. It got lost in the mail and FedEx wouldn't help me and it was the only time I forgot to get shipping insurance. So I reached out to them and waited. Heard nothing for awhile so finally I resched out again while leaving a nasty review. Well sure enough they got back to me which shows... OK they actually do look at these things and do care about making the customer happy. After a few back and forth emails explaining the details to them BOOM!!!! I got my refund and on top of that a second refund to use as store credit!! And if wasn't no crappy $5 , $10 or even $20 ****. They really surprised me and made me feel like my purchases really did matter even though I'm only 1 person and don't make huge orders. So thanks for getting back to me and making sure I was completely satisfied even after the issues we had at the start
They are great
Underdosed, like all the rest, but they are good. Good flavor and feel like around 80 mg to me and I'm a 1200 mg a day user. I've tried them all and these are decent.

Me sitting here reading all these comments of people saying that their product was bunk and they weren't happy but they can't get refunds because customer service isn't responding and all that Jazz, are they all people just trying to get refunds for more product FREE?
Or are they honest reviews? I can't help wondering. I really wanna make a decent size purchase, but I'm afraid to. Why isn't customer service responding to a lot of these reviews? Hmmm 🤔
