I quit using 7oh, and now I've started taking the 7 stax nano mitragynne tablets, because they last longer, and don't have to dose every few hours. If I wait atleast 9_10 hours before I dose, I get the same feeling if not greater feeling from these pulls. My only complaint is that I get these at my local store for almost 20.00 cheaper, so I don't have a use to order online anymore.
