There ok works good enough for my knee and back. I prefer the 80mg but they aren't very good for breaking into pieces.

They were all broken, powder in bottom of container. I Couldn’t tell how much I was actually taking. Gave me horrible anxiety after I stopped. Taking.!

Can't say that I'd recommend these over any other brand. I've tried quite a few and these don't have the effects you'd expect from a 60mg. Their consistency was passable but had a spicy effect when chewed very similar to a pepper spice. Never had any other tab do that. No repeat purchase.
