They are hard on the taste.They break up to powder easily. But they hit the spot. The powder can be eaten still. Actually is a product to look into is you are into seve^ brand.

Huge pills, break very easy, taste terrible and they’re definitely not 100mg! I usually take 40-60mg as a morning dose and I ate a whole one of these supposedly 100mg and it was just enough to get me moving so I’d say they’re more like 60-70mg max! Disappointed!
